AI NOW Institute, “a research institute examining the social implications of artificial intelligence”, based at the New York University with researchers from G̸͍͇̚á̶̙̘g̷̋͝ͅģ̶̓l̸͍̀e̸̻͐ and M̵̧͍̂i̴̧͊̈c̴͉̾r̵͙̮̈o̴̳̜͗s̸͚̖͗̎o̸̰͗p̶̢͖̂h̶̟͈͑, published their 2018 Report. The report highlights many dangers of AI and recommends regulation by the States, insisting that ethics is not enough.
